11-Days Kenya and Tanzania Safari Encounter

| Day 01 | Kilimanjaro ~ Lake Manyara National Park (approx. 03 hours) |
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport. You will be met by our local representative outside the arrival hall.
Depart and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara has an amazing wildlife sanctuary famous for its tree climbing lions and dramatic views. It is located in a depressed valley where the red and brown cliffs of the western wall of Great Rift Valley seem to rise up out of the lake itself. Springs rising from the base of the escarpment provide a welcome water supply.
Arrive at the lodge for check-in and lunch.
Afternoon game drive in the park till sundown.
Dinner and overnight stay.

| Day 02 | Lake Manyara National Park ~ Serengeti National Park (approx. 06 hours) |
Enjoy morning breakfast at the lodge and depart, passing through Karatu, to Serengeti National Park which is a home to the “Big Five” of rhinoceros, lion, leopard, elephant, and buffalo. The park also supports many species of wildlife which includes cheetah, Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelle, topi, eland, water buck, hyena, baboon, impala, African wild dog and giraffe. The park also boasts about 500 bird species, including ostrich, secretary bird, kori bustard, crowned crane, marabou stork, martial eagle, lovebirds and many species of vultures. Arrive at the lodge for check in and late lunch.
Afternoon game drive in the park till sundown.

| Day 03 | Serengeti National Park |
Full day in Serengeti National Park with at least two game drives. Admire the endless rolling plains, large herds of antelopes and birds in this unspoilt wilderness.
All meals and accommodation at the lodge.

| Day 04 | Serengeti National Park ~ Ngorongoro Conservation Area (approx. 04 hours) |
Breakfast and depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The road passes through a beautiful countryside inhabited by pastoralists with large herds of cows and goats, with volcanic hills and flat-topped acacias. Arrive at the lodge for check-in and hot lunch.
Afternoon descend into the crater for a 4-hour game drive.
Ngorongoro is a deep, volcanic crater, the largest un-flooded and unbroken caldera in the world. About 20kms across, 600 meters deep and 300 sq. kms in area, the Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtaking natural wonder.
Ascend to the lodge late in the afternoon.

| Day 05 | Ngorongoro Conservation Area ~ Arusha ~ Amboseli National Park (approx. 07 hours) |
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge and drive to Arusha. The route passes through a very magnificent countryside with rolling hills and sparse wildlife, tribal villages and herds of livestock. Pass via Karatu and Manyara where the main economic activities include tourism and agriculture.
Arrive and transfer to Elewana Arusha coffee lodge for early lunch.
Afternoon departure for Amboseli National Park.
Border familities at Namanga, change of vehicle and driver-guide.
Arrive with game drive en-route to the lodge.
Check-in, dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day spent in Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. Savor the enchanting views of the magnificent countryside on the shade of the highest mountain in Africa and abundant large mammals.
All meals and overnight stay at the lodge.

| Day 07 | Amboseli National Park ~ Nairobi ~ Lake Naivasha (approx. 06 hours) |
Early morning breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Naivasha with its commanding setting at the foot of the Rift Valley Escarpment, Along the way you make a special stop at a viewpoint to enjoy views of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment. Lake Naivasha is a diverse bird and animal habitat, Colobus monkeys are often seen in the canopy of the Acacia forests around the lake, and on the north shore of the lake Buffalo, Waterbuck and Eland are often seen grazing. In the Naivasha area other tour attraction site includes the Hell's Gate and Mount Longonot national park. Arrive for check in and lunch.
Afternoon spent at leisure or Optional boat ride on the lake with a nature walk on crescent island.

| Day 08 | Lake Naivasha ~ Masai Mara National Reserve (06 hours) |
Breakfast and check out. Drive via Narok to the Maasai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago. Maasai Mara is blessed with a permanent water supply, Maasai Mara has a permanent population of plains game. The "big five" - elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and rhino are quite common. Arrive at the camp for check in and lunch.
Afternoon game drive in the reserve till sundown.
Dinner and overnight stay.

| Day 09 & 10 | Masai Mara National Reserve |
Two full days spent game-viewing in the reserve.
Explore the plains and rolling hills for a chance to spot the images of your dreams ranging from beautiful scenery to fascinating views of wildlife, in a natural habitat.
Morning and afternoon game drives or a full day game drive with packed lunches would take you closer to nature. All meals and overnight at the camp.

Breakfast and check out. Depart from Maasai Mara back to Nairobi, Kenya's wonderful capital city.
Arrive and transfer to Nyama mama Restaurant.
Afternoon visit of our open-air Masai Market for variety of local crafts followed by shopping at retail outlet. Later transfer to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
