Sightseeing tour of Astana with visit of national museum
Enjoy sightseeing tour of Astana - the youngest capital in the world and pride of modern Kazakhstan, the city of unique symboisis of east and west traditions, modernity and history, riskiness and rationality. During this excursion, you will see the most significant architectural constructions and monuments of modern capital (Square of Independence, Khazret Sultan Mosque, Green Water Boulevard, Round Square, Baiterek), its' history and plans of further development. Baiterek is the main symbol of the modrern city. Inside the tower there is an elevator able to lift the visitors to the height of 86 meters, to the panorama hall with beautiful view of Astana.

Excursion to Burabay Lake (09 hours)
In the northern part of Kazakhstan, between Astana and Kokshetau mountains, there is one of the most beautiful resorts in Central Asia - Burabay. These places cannot be considered as traditional for Kazakh landscapes. Rather, this area is considered as an exception and represents itself as a diverse oasis where all the colors of nature are interwoven, including broad-leaved trees and emerald lakes, steep cliffs and high mountains, green meadows and broad rivers.
After the tour, transfer to airprot for departure.
Upon arrival at Almaty airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel stay.

Visit of High Mountain skating rink Medeo (03 hours)
Medeo ice rink situated on the height of 1691,2 meters above the sea level and is well known around the world. It was built in 1972. The surface of the ice occupies 10,500 square meters, which allos conducting competitions of skating, hockey and figure skating.
More than 120 world records have been set here by famous sports players. The mountain valley was named after Medeo, a nomad who lived in the last century and pitched his village in this picturesque area. High-mountain skating rink is beautiful at any weather. You can admire its beauty from the high point at which you can raise by popular climbing stairs, built on a slope called Mokhnatka. At the begining of the last century a monastery grotto was located here. Even today pilgrims come here and organize worships.
Mountain resort "Chimbulak"
Ski resort "Chimbulak" is situated in the picturesque ravine of Zailyisky Alatau Mountain on the height of 2260 meters above the sea level and in 25 kilomenters from the center of the city of Almaty You can admire beautiiful view from 3200 meters above sea level. You will get the opportunity to ride on natural snow slopes, by renting equipment, ride a roller coaster, walk through the amazing Gorge, climb to the pass Talgar, lunch/snack in the alpine cafes and restaurants, enjoying the amazing view sof snow-capped mountains, blue sky and bright sun.
Show of hunting birds
We offer you to visit the nusery of rare endangered species of birds "Sunkar" which is a unique by its species composition and equipment. The nusery is the only one in the whole territory of Kazakhstan and during its activity raised 1060 birds and released 260 falcons Balobans out to the nature.
By visiting falcon nusery you can admire the most beautiful birds of prey, learn about their biological characteristics, and more than that, see the falcon show (from May to October)

Excursion to Charyn Canyon (09 hours)
The canyon is situated on the Tian Shan's spurs near the border with China. Charyn Canyon is a natural monument built from sedimentary rocks, which age is about 12 million years, and stretches for 154 kilometers along the valley of Charyn river. The most interesting and frequently visited tourist destination is so-called "Valley of Castles". The grove of relict species of ash, survived durin the era of glaciation, preserved in the bosom of the canyon and another such grove is only in North America. Landscape diversity of Charyn canyon leads to the variety of flora and fauna. Charyn canyon reminds Colorado Grand Canyon in North America and loses to it in terms of sizes but not in terms of beauty.

Exucrsion to Ethno-village "Huns" (06 hours)
We offer you to plunge into the traditional environment of the Kazakh people and to feel the full flavour of nomadic life. In the Ethno-village you will be introduced to the magnificent lifestyle of the Kazakh people, customs and culture. The tour program includes: "Shashu", introduction of the Kazakh yurt, national games and lunch.
Intense day will be completed with Kara Zhorgo dance during which dancers will invite guests to dance and show them dancing elements.
Excursion to Kok Tobe (2-3 hours)
Kok-Tobe is a mountain which is the highest point of Almaty, Kazakhstan's largest city. There is a popular reception area on top of the mountain. The mountain's height is 1100 meters above sea level. Kok-tobe is one of the main landmarks in the city, and it is popular among visitors and tourists to Almaty. The viewpoint from Kok-tobe is well worth a visit with panoramic views of the city in all directions.

Visit Archeological park Museum "Ancient Taraz"
The ancient city of Taraz is located on the territory of modern center market of Taraz city. This city is dated I-XIX centuries. In the Middle Ages, Taraz was located on the Great Silk Road. There were ancient sites of the Broze Age, royal burial mounds of Saka and Usuns, Turkic cereteries and petroglyphs gallery. Archaeologists have discovered the remains of the walls of medieval buildings, water systems, two baths dated X-XII centuries.
Visit Karakhan's mausoleum
The mausoleum was built in the XI century, over the grave of one of the first khans of Karakhanids dynasty, who ruled vast territory and founded Karakhanidsempire in X-XII c. The mausoleum is located in the central part of the city of Taraz and considered to be the cult-memorial complex, formed on the territory of medieval cemetery. Also, as the ancient mausoleum is a monumental portal-dome construction, built of burnt bricks. Unfortunately, durin the construction of the mausoleum in the early twentieth century the decorative trim from carved terracotta, which decorated medieval mausoleum was not recreated.
Visit Aisha Bibi Mausoleum to discover old legend about this young woman and her groom
Aisha Bibi Mausoleum was built in the XII century. The foundationof the mausoleum is cubic. There are massive colums set in corners. In the patterns of the mausoleum traditional ornamental art of the ancient tribes of Kazakhstan combinesthe art of Andronovo and Saka tribes, including geometric, zoomorphic and solar motives. The mausoleum looks incredibly light and elegant. For more than eight centuries, it remains standing in spite of wind and weather, as a witness of great love. Nowadays, women ccome to the mausoleum to ask for marital happiness and motherhood.

Visit Ruins of Old City Otyrar and road to Turkestan (9 hours)
Otrar represents the remains of the famous medieval town of Otrar, whic is mentioned in almost all the geographical and historical writings of medieval towns of Semirechye, and in the register of Ispidzhab cities. Period of IX-XII centuries was the time of recovery of urban life in the south of Kazakhstan.
Otrar at this time occupied an area of 200 hectares. The territory of the city was tightly built up with houses, grouped into blocks. In the XI-XII centuries public facilities like bathhouses started appearing in urban areas. Two bathouses on the territory of Rabad were studied. Moreoever, ceramics that dated back to IX-XII were collected. Interesting materials of pottery kilns were found in Rabad as well.
There is also rich collection of glassware which consists of debris of decanters, bowls, glasses, bottles, a big amount of jewelries, like beads of garnet, carnelian, glass, rings, bracelets made of bronze. The heyday of the city was interrupted by the Mongol invasion. By the middle of the XIII century Otrar turned into a large trade city again. Otrar is known as a center of stamping coins that were used in Central Asia.

Visit architectual complex (Mausoleum H.A. Yassawi, eastern ancient sauna, underground mosque).
The Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yassaw is located in the south of Kazakhstan in the city of Turkestan. It is an amazing complex of palaces and temples, a masterpiece of architecture were buiilt in the period from 1385 to 1405 years. Mausoleum is included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. This ground structure was created in honor of Ahmed Yassawi who lived in the XII century and was known in the East as the ancient Turkic poet and Sufi preacher. This complex is a unique monument of the past of Kazakh people. The mausoleum of Ahmed Yassawi' is equal to Bibi Khanum mosque in Samarkand (Uzbekistan). Today tourists and pilgrims from all over the world com to Turkestan-Yassi to see the incomparable masterpiece of medieval architecture.
Return to Shymkent.
Transfer to airport for departure and return to Almaty for connection to Hong Kong.
