Upon arrival at Colombo airport, you will be met and transferred to Negombo for your stay.

After breakfast, depart for Polonnaruwa, en-route visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage - started in 1975 to house the abandoned and the wounded, the orphanage has grown to be a big family today. The number of elephants has increased to more than 40 now, including baby Elephants brought from various parts, as well as the babies born, as a result of captive breeding programme. A unique experience never to be missed.
Afternoon climb the famous 200-meter Sigiriya Rock Fortress of King Kasyappa through the Lion's mouth, through the spiral stairway. Sigiriya is home to the 5th Century "Fortress in the Sky" which is prehaps the most fantastic single wonder of the Island. It is also known as the 8th Wonder of the World and a living heritage. It is called as Lion Rock because of the huge lion that used to stand at the entrance to the fortress. Within its triple-moated defence the huge rock rises almost to a sheer height of 500 feet. On its summit are the foundations of what was once a great and sumptuous palace and gardens complete with swimming pool. On one of the stairways the only known ancient work of Sinkhala secular painting survived in the form of Frescoes of life sized damsels in all the freshness and delicacy of their original colour. We will view the gallery famed for beautiful frescoes, the glossy mirror wall and the majestic stairway. Climb to the summit of the rock to see the remains of the Kings Palace, the Royal Pleasure Gardens, the Royal swimming pool etc.
Sigriya is a masterpiece of the world during this time and prehaps is the second only to the Pyramids of Egypt.

After breakfast, deprat for Polonnaruwa.
Polonnaruwa was the Capital of Sri Lanka from 11th-13th Century, contains some splendid and spectacular statues. Lankatileke, Tivanka and Thuparama are the most beautiful and largest shrine ruins and Tivanka has the best example of frescoes of the Polonnaruwa period. Rankot Vihara and Kiriwehera are well preserved large stupas, and Gal Vihare - a rock shrine, has four Buddha statues, two seated, one standing and one reclining and Parakrama Bahu statue are examples of Sinhalese stone carver. The Vata-da-ge is a unique creation of the Sri Lankan artists.
After the visit, return to Sigiriya for your stay.

After breakfast, depart for Kandy via Dambulla with en-route visit at one of the Spice Garden at Matale.
Afternoon city tour of Kandy, including the Upper Lake Drive, Market Square, Gem Lapidary and the magnificent (16th-19th century) golden-roofed temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha. The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic - ever since 4th Century A.D., when the Buddha's Tooth was brought to Sri Lanka hidden from sacrilegious hands in an Orissan princess' hair, the Relic has grown in repute and holiness in Sri Lanka and throughout the Buddhist world. It is considered Sri Lanka's most prized possession.
Watch the Kandyan dances & fire walking in the evening.

After breakfast, depart for Colombo and en-route scenic view of the waterfalls.
Colombo - A drive through the city will take you to the Fort and Pettah - the commercial area of the city and tree-line Colombo - 07 Cinnamon Gardens. Colombo 3,4,5,8 are the prime residential area of the City. Visit Fort, and Pettah for shopping. The Hindu Temple at Sea Street, lined with goldsmith's shops, the Dutch Church at Wolfendaal, dating back to 1749. The historic Davatagaha Mosque, Independence Hall, B.M.I.C.H, see the replica of Avukana Buddha and the Independence Square.
After dinner, transfer to Colombo airport for departure.
